  1. What is the shipping time?

It will take 20 – 25 days for your order to be delivered at your doorstep.

  • How can I pay the amount of my order?

For the time being we’re only accepting the payments over the phone

  • How can I place the order?

It’s very simple. Please brows our website choose the product, add the product into the cart and provide us the details and we will contact you for the payments.

  • How can I find the product I want?

You can go to category and choose the desire category which you want. We also have the search option over the website from where you can search the desire product. Or you can just click on Shop and there you can see all of our products.

  • How can I assure I’m buying the correct product?

Before ordering any product make sure you check the product images/variation. Many products have different sizes and in the product images you can check your own size according to the chart provided in the images.

  •  Can I return the product I bought from you guys?

Yes, you can return the product back to us but before that you need to read our Return and Exchange policy also review the Refund Policy as well If you want Refund.

  • How can I return the product?

Yes, you can return the product back to us if the product is damaged or you have size issue and wanted to exchange it to another size. For this We recommend you read our Return and Exchange policy here.  You need to submit a return form and our team will Review the request and let you know the instructions over the phone, email or form submitting.

  • Is there any fast shipping available?

Unfortunately for the time being we only provide standard shipping and it will take around 20 – 25 days for your order to be deliver your address at your

  • Do you guys Refund the amount of the order?

Yes, after reviewing the request and pictures you will send to us while submitting the return form we will issue you the Refund, However, please note that it will take 7- 10 Business days to appear the amount on your bank.

  1. What is the Refund time frame?

It will take around 7- 10 Business days to appear the amount into your bank account (Standard time)

  1.  From where my product will ship?

Your products could be ship from our warehouses which are located in USA, Singapore and Switzerland  

  1. What is Store Credit and how can I use it?

If a customer returns the product and wish to purchase any other product so instead of issuing Refund we issue store credit (The same amount of customer’s return product) so we/she can buy any product from our store

  1. Can I send the product as gift to someone?

Yes, you choose the option ship to different address option and we will deliver the product at your desired location.

  1. Can I send the store credit as gift to someone?

Yes, anyone who has the store credit number/code can buy the product from our store.

Our Head Quarter located in Pakistan but we do have warehouses in USA, Singapore and Switzerland
